Delivery Information

Soleheat have heavily invested in a state of the art stock management system which means that as soon as your online order is received, it is automatically sent to our warehouse team. We will endeavour to ensure orders are shipped the same day for next working day delivery if they are placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed for dispatch from our warehouse the following working day. Please note we cannot GUARANTEE next day delivery however work with the best couriers in the UK to ensure the best possible service available. 

Our orders are delivered using leading courier providers so we are able to track process and location of the items at all times, ensuring you receive everything on time and in pristine condition. Depending upon the size of your order, it may be necessary for it to be delivered on a pallet, therefore please ensure that you have adequate room for the courier to deliver the items.

It should be noted that due to the cost incurred by Soleheat of offering a free next day delivery service, if you are not available to take delivery of your order on the specified day, you may be subject to a redelivery charge.

If you require your system urgently please select the pre 10.30am delivery option at checkout for a guaranteed morning delivery. All other delivery charges are FREE and included in the competitive product prices.
