Foil faced in joist / batten panels

These all in one easy to fit panels (1200mm x 350mm x 50mm) are an ideal solution to fix between existing joists onto battens, they can also be fitted between battens on concrete subfloors, giving you a fast inexpensive solution for installing our pipework (pipework is set at 200mm centers).

Made from EPS (Expanded Polystyrene).

These panels replace the need for using separate spreader plates and separate foil faced insulation systems.

Suitable for 15mm and 16mm multi-layer pipe and minimum order 10 units

Installation method:

To install the in-joist batten system you will begin by securing battens to the sides of the joist with the top of the batten 50mm below the top of the joist. This will allow the insulation to sit flush with the top of the joist.

The pipework can then be placed withing the preformed grooves within the board.

You can finish the installation of this system by installing the finished floor.
